Teresa Gilk

Teresa joined us at Keystone as a mortgage loan originator after recently moving back to South Dakota from Colorado.  She has over five years experience in the mortgage industry as a loan officer in Colorado.  She specializes in residential mortgage lending and has expertise in federally insured loans, working primarily with experienced homeowners in a highly competetive market.

Teresa will continue with her specialty and also work with buyers who are looking to buy either their first home or a new home.  She has a degree from Dakota State University and lives in Pierre with her husband.  She enjoys the outdoors and is a competetive runner in addition to other sports.
