Lyle Kovalenko

For over five years, Lyle has been known around the Sioux Empire as “the book guy” through his Books Are Fun business.  His background in customer service, experience as a small business owner and passion for personal finance led him to Keystone Mortgage last year. 

A home purchase is the largest single investment most people make, and it is important to have the help of mortgage professional to guide you along the way.  Lyle’s goal is to find the loan program that fits your current needs and is integrated with your long-term investment strategy.  He will work with clients that have credit scores affected by bankruptcy, divorce, or payment issues to put them in a position for a successful home purchase or refinance.

Lyle and his wife Cheri live in Sioux Falls, where they raise their three children.  He is a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys playing music and spending time outdoors with his family.
