Tim is originally from Parkston, SD. He graduated with a Business Administration Degree from Southeast Technical Institute in 2005. Tim has 8 years of lending experience in a variety of areas. He joined the Keystone Team as a Mortgage Loan Officer in March of 2005, and has since risen to the top as a Senior Loan Officer.
Tim focuses on your needs and goals no matter if you are a first time home buyer or looking to find the right lakeside cabin to spend your retirement. Tim has been a member of the South Dakota Association of Mortgage Brokers since joining Keystone. As a member of SDAMB, he is a firm believer in the professional standards and ethics set by them when conducting business and always has your best interest in mind.
Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Christen, as well as friends and family. In the summer he enjoys boating, golfing, and fishing. During the winter months he hunts, snowmobiles, and looks forward to summer! Tim enjoys the competition of the mortgage industry and the process of discovering the financing options clients would have missed out on if they had not contacted him.
